Peer-Reviewing Research Articles

Providing Constructive and Supportive Feedback as a Peer Reviewer

Who this Course is for

In this workshop, EMBO Press editors work with PhD students, Postdocs or young group leaders on the principles and practicalities of peer review. Topics covered include the role of peer review in publishing reproducible science and the key elements of a good peer review. We also discuss ethical considerations such as conflicts of interest and give guidelines to young scientists how to become good reviewers.
